I run 1-2 online challenges per year and 2025 will begin with a really fun one.
The 42 STRONG Challenge
The 42 STRONG Challenge is a 42-day, inclusive program specifically designed to help create healthy habits that can be sustained for life. If you're wondering if this is a program for you... yes, YES it is. This is a program literally anyone can do. From a complete beginner to a well-seasoned fitness professional. The challenge is all about minor changes to your lifestyle practiced consistently over enough time for them to all stick.
While I personally love those "hardcore" programs that force you way out of your comfort zone, this program is not that. Studies have shown that a large majority of people who do those program end up falling right off the wagon at the end. My goal with 42 STRONG is that over the course of 42 days your life changes. You become someone who simply continues practicing the healthy habits you've consistently followed for the two months.
Something new this year (this is the 4th year of doing a challenge like this) is that I'll be using a lot of VeeFriends references throughout. I'm marketing the program within the VeeFriends community very heavily and with that connection I have there I'll be using the inspiring characters and their traits as motivation during this challenge. In fact, the 42 days is a direct reference to the character "Your Poor Relationship With Time Is Your Biggest Vulnerability"
The character has a calendar with her at all times with the date Jan 21. According to Gary Vaynerchuck (creator of VeeFriends) this is a reference to the need to commit to something for 21 days for it to become a true habit. So we are really digging in and doubling it!
The way the challenge works is that there are FOUR "required" daily tasks that everyone is asked to perform for the entirety.
Once you've signed up you will receive a welcome letter that will also include suggestions for additional "healthy habits" to add. And of course a LOT more info.

Every week there will be aPOAP you can earn with the weekly community challenges (a POAP is a digital collectible that stands for Proof OF Participation Protocol, but I like to think it actually stand for Proof Of Actual Participation). - Exercise at least 30 minutes every day
- Drink enough water every day (1/2 your bodyweight (in pounds) per day minimum)
- Follow a meal plan (there will be some very baseline specifics here)
- Daily step goals (these will be tiered and you can earn points based on the amount of steps you take per day)
