Living With Courage is a lifestyle brand based entirely on the idea of facing life's challenges head on. I decided to transition the company from Courage Performance to Living With Courage as a way to reach more people with a broader message than just workouts and nutrition. To reach your fitness goals most effectively, I personally believe in a wholistic approach that encompases it all: activity, nutrition, sleep, and most importantly the proper mindset to fully embrace the lifestyle most conducive to your goals.
I've been training, coaching, and consulting with people of all ages and backgrounds for over 25 years now. Not just people looking to improve their fitness, but also their overall way of life, and approach to life.
Living With Courage is an idea. It's a feeling deep inside all of us that some just needs some coaxing (and sometimes a kick in the ass!) to bring out. But once we get even a small taste of how rewarding a life filled with pursued challenges can be, something glorious happens.
We become STRONG.
And not just "I can squat my bodyweight 20x strong" (although, that's impressive and a great goal to have!). No, I mean TRULY strong. I mean strong-willed, fearless, adventurous, more alive, protectors, confident, resilient, humble, empathetic, and supportive.
My purpose in life, in fatherhood, in relationships, and with my business is to empower as many people as possible to be the best human beings they can be. To be STRONG. To Live With Courage.
I want to see people THRIVE.
